GP2home provides in home medical care for unexpected illness and connects patients who do not have a regular GP to daytime General Practice for their ongoing continuity of care.
We believe that the best place to receive medical care is through your daytime GP. However when they are not available, GP2Home is here to assist.
If you or a loved one is sick after hours & you live in Perth, you can just dial 1800 472 4663 and a bulk billing on call doctor will come to your home. This house call locum medical service is bulk-billed* and there are no out of pocket costs if you are registered with Medicare or Veterans Affairs, so have your card ready when you call.

Phone calls are triaged by suitably qualified and experienced staff and relayed to our general practitioners in the field. Patients are telephoned by the treating locum doctor prior to attendance and reassured that they will be consulted in a medically appropriate timeframe.

If you feel that your illness/injury is of a very serious nature, you should immediately call for an ambulance by phoning 000, or visit the Accident and Emergency department at your local hospital.
Patients in nursing homes are required to have their GP registered with GP2home to receive service. This ensures we are able to communicate with their usual doctor regarding any special health information and to ensure appropriate follow-up care.
If you are not registered with Medicare or Veterans Affairs you will be required to pay a fee by cash, MasterCard or Visa at the conclusion of each consultation.
